If you’re staying at Paradise Point for a San Diego vacation, you already have one of the prettiest family photo locations right outside your room! This extended family session was the perfect example. We spent the first half wandering through the tropical gardens around the resort, then headed down to the beach for the rest. It gave us two completely different looks without anyone having to load the kids into cars or add another destination to an already busy vacation. And because everyone could relax and hang out together, we got SO many of those candid moments I love in between the bigger family photos.

I’m a huge fan of booking family photos while you’re on vacation, especially when grandparents and extended family are all traveling together.
